Agreement to terms
By accessing Radiant Lane Atelier or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Course access
Unless otherwise stated, video modules include lifetime access for personal, non‑transferable use. Live session recordings are available for 12 months. We may update or discontinue content at our discretion.
Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds follow the policy stated at checkout; we generally offer a 14‑day refund window for self‑paced modules when less than 20% of content was viewed.
Intellectual property
All course materials and site content are owned by Radiant Lane Atelier or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- No attempts to bypass security or access non‑public areas.
- No scraping at a rate that degrades service.
- No sharing of purchased content beyond your household.

Courses are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding outcomes. We do not provide medical or financial advice. Herb handling should follow safety guidelines, including allergies and toxicity awareness.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiant Lane Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Radiant Lane Atelier harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
Changes
